Qeva Group Inc. ("QEVA") has announced the completion of its amalgamation with Excelsior Energy Limited pursuant to the agreement dated July 25, 2006 and approved by shareholders on September 5, 2006. The common shares of the amalgamated company, Excelsior Energy Limited will begin trading on Friday, September 8, 2006 under the new symbol "EXEL".
