2007-0206 - Extension of Trading Suspension - ARBR

The common shares of Arbour Energy Inc. ("ARBR") are suspended from trading on CNQ for failure to comply with CNQ requirements (Bulletin 2006-0809). Pursuant to CNQ Policy 3-4.1, Arbour was subject to automatic de-listing effective at the market close on November 27, 2006.

Arbour requested and was granted an extension of 90 days, to February 26, 2007 while the company worked toward remedying the default which gave rise to the suspension.

The Company has requested and been granted a final 90 day extension. If the Company has not been reinstated for trading by May 28, 2007, it will be automatically delisted pursuant to CNQ Policy.
