The common shares of Quinsam Capital Corporation have been approved for listing on CNQ. There are 22,350,000 common shares outstanding with a public float of 16,850,000 shares.

Quinsam Capital is a mineral exploration company with an option to acquire a 51% interest in the Arbade-Richore property through an agreement with Golden Valley Mines Ltd. The property, located in northeastern Ontario, is a mineral exploration property consisting of contiguous unpatented mining claims covering 1,312 hectares near the town of Matachewan, Ontario.
