By way of a plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act Ascendant Copper Corporation has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of St. Genevieve Resources Ltd.
As a result of the Arrangement, St. Genevieve is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ascendant. SGVL is currently halted and will be delisted after the market close today.
