Following an Initial Public Offering of 3 million shares at a price of $0.10 per share, there are approximately 6.9 million shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 4.5 million shares. Union Securities acted as Agent on the Offering.

Regal Resources is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral exploration properties. The Company has an option to acquire a 100% undivided interest in the Cornucopia property, which consists of one mineral exploration claim located in the Victoria Mining Division of British Columbia.
