2012-0412 - Ona Power Corp. - Name Change/Consolidation

Ona Power Corp. has announced a name change to AAN Ventures Inc. and the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each three (3) pre-consolidation common shares. Fractional shares of 0.5 and higher will be rounded up and less that 0.5 will be cancelled. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 16,753,079 common shares.

The post-consolidated common shares of AAN Ventures Inc. will begin trading on April 30, 2012.  The Company will trade under the new symbol "ANN".

Dealers should be aware that open orders on "OPO" will not be transferred to "ANN", and dealers are also reminded to re-enter their orders on "ANN" taking into account the share consolidation.
