Metalla Royalty and Streaming Ltd is a Canada-based precious metals royalty and streaming company. It is engaged in the acquisition and management of precious metal royalties, streams, and similar production-based interests. It focuses on precious metals, such as gold and silver. Its streaming process involves making an initial payment to the mining company for the right to purchase the metal. Then, it includes making an additional fixed payment per ounce of gold/silver delivered, typically for the life of the mine. It currently holds three producing assets that include, the Endeavor Silver Stream in Australia operated by CBH Resources, the NLGM Silver Stream in Tanzania operated by Shanta Gold, the 1.5% NSR Royalty on the Zaruma mine in Ecuador operated by Core Gold. It holds three development assets, the 2% NSR Royalty on the Joaquin project in Argentina held by Pan American Silver, the 2% NSR Royalty on the Hoyle Pond Extension property in Timmins Ontario operated by Goldcorp, and the 1.5% NSR Royalty on the West Timmins Extension in Timmins Ontario operated by Tahoe Resources. Metalla also holds twelve exploration royalties in highly prospective gold camps.

Excalibur Resources Ltd. announced a name change to Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd. and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on a one (1) new for a three (3) old basis. No fractional common shares will be issued pursuant to the Consolidation. All Fractional interests of 0.5 or greater will be rounded up to the nearest whole number of shares and fractional interests of less than 0.5 will be rounded down to the nearest whole number of shares.
