Pursuant to a fundamental change review, the common shares of Tulox Resources Inc. ("TUX") have re-qualified for listing. &nbsp;Tulox has announced the completion of its previously announced business combination with Argentium Resources Inc.
The shares will begin trading on Friday, September 9, 2011 under the new name of Argentium Resources Inc.
