The common shares of Delon Resources Corp. have been approved for listing on CNSX. Following an Initial Public Offering of 3 million shares at a price of $0.20 per share for gross proceeds of $600,000, there are 10,960,000 shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 6.4 million shares. Canaccord Genuity Corp. acted as Agent on the Offering.
It is anticipated that the Offering will close after the market open on February 1, 2012.
