EasyMed Services Inc.&nbsp; has announced a name change to EasyMed Technologies Inc., and a&nbsp;share consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of five (5) current 
shares for one (1) new share. No fractional shares will be issued.&nbsp;
Shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name on October 21, 2013.
