	Hilltop Cybersecurity Inc. has announced a name and symbol change to Gallagher Security Corp. (GLL)

	Hilltop Cybersecurity has also announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 7,597,018.

	The shares will begin trading&nbsp;under the new name and symbol and on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on June 20, 2019.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on June 19, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders.
