	<span class="test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow word-break-ie11">CAT Strategic Metals Corporation</span>&nbsp;(the "Corporation") has announced a Rights Offering to eligible shareholders of record at the close of market on October 28, 2025. Each whole Right entitles you to purchase one (1) Unit at a subscription price of $0.0075 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one (1) Common Share of the Corporation and one (1) Common Share purchase warrant. Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional Common Share at an exercise price of $0.05 for a period of 60 months from issuance. Holders will need to exercise one Right and&nbsp;pay the Subscription Price to acquire one (1) Unit. No fractional Units will be issued.</p>

	The rights will begin trading on&nbsp; October 28, 2025 under the symbol CAT.RT. The rights will expire at 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on November 21, 2025.</p>
<p>
	Trading in the rights will be halted at noon on November 21, 2025.</p>

	CAT Strategic Metals Corporation&nbsp;(la «&nbsp;Société&nbsp;»)&nbsp;a annoncé une offre de droits de souscription aux actionnaires admissibles inscrits à la clôture du marché le 28 octobre 2025. Chaque droit entier vous permet d'acquérir une (1) unité au prix de souscription de 0,0075 $ l'unité. Chaque unité est composée d'une (1) action ordinaire de la Société et d'un (1) bon de souscription d'action ordinaire. Chaque bon de souscription permet à son porteur d'acquérir une action ordinaire supplémentaire au prix d'exercice de 0,05 $ pendant une période de 60 mois à compter de son émission. Les porteurs devront exercer un droit et payer le prix de souscription pour acquérir une (1) unité. Aucune fraction d'unité ne sera émise.</p>

	Les droits commenceront à être négociés le 28 octobre 2025 sous le symbole CAT.RT. Ils expireront le 21 novembre 2025 à 16 h (heure du Pacifique).</p>
