2007-0707 - Colt Capital Name Change and Consolidation

Colt Capital Corp. has announced the consolidation of its common shares on a five old for one new basis, and a name change to Colt Resources Inc. The share consolidation and name change will be effected at 12:01 am on July 18, 2007. There are currently approximately 29,258,915 million common shares outstanding. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 5,851,783 million.
