The common shares of Lands End Resources Ltd. have been approved for listing on CNQ. Following the Initial Public Offering of 2.5 million shares at $0.20 per share, there are approximately 8.6 million common shares outstanding with a public float of 4 million common shares. Research Capital Corporation acted as Agent on the Offering.

Lands End intends to participate in oil and natural gas exploration, development and production both in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and internationally. Specifically, the Corporation intends to generate and develop its own prospects and acquire oil and natural gas properties directly and/or through farm-ins and participation with joint venture partners and other industry participants in oil and natural gas exploration and development. To date, the Corporation has acquired the Chinook Property.
