The common shares of Otterburn Ventures Inc. have been approved for listing on CNQ. Following the Initial Public Offering of 2.5 million shares at $0.20 per share, there are approximately 10.1 million common shares outstanding with a public float of 6.8 million common shares. Wolverton Securities Ltd. acted as Agent on the Offering.

Otterburn Ventures was formed to acquire, explore and develop mining claims in Canada. On February 5, 2007, the Company entered into an option agreement to acquire six mining claims called the Bathurst Mine Group claims located in Skinner Township, Red Lake Mining Division, Ontario.
