The common shares of Canadian International Minerals Inc. have been approved for listing on CNQ. Following a public offering of 4 million common shares at $0.20 per share, the Company will have approximately 10.4 million shares outstanding with a public float of 7 million shares. 

Wolverton Securities Ltd. acted as agent for the offering.

Canadian International Minerals Inc. is in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral properties. The Company has acquired a 100% interest in five properties in the Copper Mountain camp in the Princeton area of southwest British Columbia.
