The common shares of Covenant Resources Ltd have been approved for listing on CNQ. Following an Initial Public Offering of 4,950,000 common shares at $0.15 per share, there are approximately 16.5 million shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 11 million shares.

Covenant is an early stage natural resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties, and is currently earning an interest in the Piebiter Property in the Lillooet Mining Division, British Columbia.
