2009-0101 - Vital Resources Name Change/Consolidation | The Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE)

Vital Resources Corp. has announced a name change to Fulcrum Resources Inc. and the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each ten (10) �pre-consolidation common shares. The post-consolidated common shares of Fulcrum Resources will begin trading on Thursday, January 15, 2009. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 5,376,528.

Fulcrum Resources Inc. will trade under the symbol "FLR". �Dealers should be aware that open orders on "VTL" will not be transferred to "FLR", and dealers are also reminded to re-enter their orders on "FLR" taking into account the share consolidation.
