ITI World Investment Group (FCI) has announced a change of name from "ITI World Investment Group Inc." to "First Choice Products Inc." This change was approved by ITI's Board of Directors, and by ITI's shareholders at its annual meeting on January 28, 2009. The change of name will be effective as of Friday, January 30, 2009.

The symbol will remain the same. The CUSIP will change to 31948X 10 7.
