The common shares of Chai Cha Na Mining Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX. Following the qualification of the Company's common shares and exercise of 3,258,000 special warrants, there are approximately 15.5 million shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 5.3 million shares. The special warrants were issued at a price of $0.15 per warrant.

Chai Cha Na Mining is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral exploration properties and has an option to acquire a 100% undivided interest in the Gold Summit Property, which consists of three mineral exploration claims located in the Bralorne area of the Lillooet Mining Division of British Columbia.
