2009-0803 - Name Change/Consolidation - Pure Diamonds Exploration

Pure Diamonds Exploration Inc. has announced shareholder approval to consolidate the issued and outstanding common shares of Pure Diamonds on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares. The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name Burnstone Ventures Inc. on Friday, August 14, 2009. Fractional shares remaining after giving effect to the consolidation will be cancelled, such that shareholdings of each shareholder will be rounded down to the nearest whole number of post-consolidation common shares.

Burnstone Ventures Inc. will  trade under the symbol "BVE".

CNSX Dealers are reminded to re-enter any open orders under the new symbol taking into account the share consolidation.
