ACFAW.com Inc. has announced a name change to St-Georges Platinum and Base Metals Inc. and the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each two (2) pre-consolidation common shares. The post-consolidated common shares of St-Georges will begin trading on Tuesday, May 4, 2010. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to 79,253,111.

St-Georges Platinum and Base Metals Inc. will trade under the symbol "SX". Dealers should be aware that open orders on "ACW" will not be transferred to "SX", and dealers are also reminded to re-enter their orders on "SX" taking into account the share consolidation.
