The common shares of Galliard Resources Corp. have been approved for listing on CNSX.  Following an Initial Public Offering of 2 million shares at a price of $0.20 per share, there are 8.18 million shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 3.3 million shares.  Jordan Capital Markets Inc. acted as Agent on the Offering.

Galliard Resources is engaged in the business of evaluating, acquiring and exploring natural resource properties. Pursuant to an Option Agreement, the Company has the right to acquire an undivided 100% interest in the Enterprise Property situated in south-central British Columbia within the Lillooet Mining Division.
