The common shares of Berkley Resources Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX.  The Company has 46,139,482 shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 43.1 million shares.

Berkley is in the business of acquisition, exploration, development and production from petroleum and natural gas interests. The Company presently holds working interests in approximately 27 producing and non-producing crude oil and gas wells in Alberta and Saskatchewan with working interests ranging from 6% to 30%.
