The common shares of Colba.Net Telecom Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX.  The Company has 33,449,800 shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 2.57 million shares.

Colba.Net offers high-speed Internet service provided by a DSL-based broadband access network, Voice Over IP and Web hosting. In 2007, Colba.Net installed its equipment in eight telephone central offices (CO) of Bell Canada in Montreal in order to offer ADSL2+ Internet access allowing the Company to offer speeds of up to 24 Mbit/s downstream and up to 3 Mbit/s upstream.

Colba.Net is considered a "thin float issuer" under CNSX Policy 2.
