The common shares of Sypher Resources Ltd. have been approved for listing on CNSX.  Following an Initial Public Offering of 3 million shares at a price of $0.15 per share, there are 7 million shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 1.68 million shares.  Leede Financial Markets Inc. acted as Agent on the Offering.

Sypher Resources is engaged in the business of evaluating, acquiring and exploring natural resource properties. Pursuant to an Option Agreement, the Company has the right to acquire an undivided 100% legal and beneficial interest in the McBride Property, an exploration property situated in Manitoba on the Johnson Shear Zone within the Paleoproterozoic Lynn Lake greenstone belt.
