The common shares of Kariana Resources Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX.  Following an Initial Public Offering of 3 million shares at a price of $0.20 per share for gross proceeds of $600,000, there are 11,425,000 shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 7.4 million shares.  Canaccord Genuity Corp. acted as Agent on the Offering.

Kariana Resources is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and, if warranted, development of natural resource properties of merit. The Company has the right to acquire an undivided 100% interest in the South Baird Property, an exploration property situated in the Townships of Baird and Heyson in the District of Red Lake Mining in the Province of Ontario.
