VisualVault Corporation has announced a name change to Certive Solutions Inc., and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of two (2) current shares for one (1) new share. No fractional shares will be issued. 

Shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name and symbol on October 07, 2013.
