	On January 26th, 2021 the Canadian Securities Exchange (“Exchange”, or “CSE) issued Bulletin <a href="https://thecse.com/en/about/publications/bulletins/2021-0131-restructuringrecapitalization-nabis-holdings-inc-nab-nabwt">2021-0131</a> (the “Bulletin”) announcing the delisting of all existing Nabis Holdings Inc. (“Nabis”) listed securities, which were cancelled upon implementation of a court-approved proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada).&nbsp; The Bulletin also included the listing of two new securities, as Nabis announced the issuance of 3,700,000 new common shares and new unsecured notes to begin trading on January 27th, 2021.

	The Exchange has confirmed the New Nabis Holdings Common Shares posted for trading on January 27th, 2021&nbsp;were not eligible for trading and trade settlement is not possible.&nbsp;

	The new unsecured notes and the new common shares will remain halted until eligibility of each has been confirmed.&nbsp; The new common shares may not be eligible for trading until on or about March 1, 2021.&nbsp;&nbsp;For more information about the new common shares, see the Nabis news release dated January 26th, 2021.

	Le 26 janvier 2021, la Bourse canadienne des valeurs mobilières («Bourse» ou «CSE) a publié le Bulletin <a href="https://thecse.com/fr/a-propos/publications/bulletins/2021-0131-restructurationrecapitalisation-nabis-holdings-inc-nab">2021-0131</a> (le« Bulletin ») annonçant la radiation de tous les titres cotés en bourse de Nabis Holdings Inc. (« Nabis »), qui ont été annulés lors de la mise en œuvre d'une proposition approuvée par le tribunal en vertu de la Loi sur la faillite et l'insolvabilité (Canada). Le Bulletin comprenait également l'inscription de deux nouveaux titres, alors que Nabis a annoncé l'émission de 3700000 nouvelles actions ordinaires et de nouveaux billets non garantis qui commenceront à être négociés le 27 janvier 2021.

	La Bourse a confirmé que les actions ordinaires de New Nabis Holdings présentées aux fins de négociation le 27 janvier 2021 n'étaient pas admissibles à la négociation et le règlement des opérations n'est pas possible.

	Les nouveaux billets non garantis et les nouvelles actions ordinaires resteront suspendus jusqu'à ce que l'admissibilité de chacun soit confirmée.
