	Peak Fintech Group Inc. Warrants (PKK.WT) were issued July 7, 2021 and listed July 26, 2021. (see Bulletin <a href="https://thecse.com/en/about/publications/bulletins/2021-0730-new-listing-peak-fintech-group-inc-warrants-pkkwt">2021-0730</a>). The common shares of Peak Fintech Group Inc. were consolidated on a 2 old for 1 new basis, with a record date of July 28th, 2021 (see Bulletin <a href="https://thecse.com/en/about/publications/bulletins/2021-0735-consolidation-peak-fintech-group-inc-pkk">2021-0735</a>).

	Each whole Warrant shall entitle each Warrantholder thereof, upon exercise at any time after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time, to acquire the number of Warrant Shares determined by the Exchange Basis upon payment of the Exercise Price of $3.50. The Exchange Basis is subject to adjustment pursuant to the terms of the Warrant Indenture.

	As a result of the consolidation of the common shares on July 28th, 2021, the Exchange Basis has been adjusted to 0.5 shares.

	Chaque bon de souscription entier permettra à chaque porteur de bons de souscription, lors de son exercice à tout moment après la date d'émission et avant l'heure d'expiration, d'acquérir le nombre d'actions visées par les bons de souscription déterminé par la base d'échange sur paiement du prix d'exercice de 3,50 $. La base d'échange est sujette à rajustement conformément aux modalités de l'acte relatif aux bons de souscription.

	À la suite du regroupement des actions ordinaires le 28 juillet 2021, la base d'échange a été ajustée à 0,5 action.
