Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp. Share Purchase Warrants (the "Warrants") have been approved for listing.
Each Warrant shall entitle the holder thereof, upon exercise at any time after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time, to acquire one Common Share at a Price of $0.70, subject to adjustment, on or prior to 4:59 p.m. (Toronto time) on the expiry date, November 8, 2021. The Corporation has the right to accelerate the Expiry Date to a date that is not less than 21 days after the date of an Acceleration Notice is provided to the holders of Warrants.

Les mandats d’achat d’actions de Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp. (les «mandats») ont été approuvés.
Chaque bon de souscription permettra à son porteur, lors de son exercice, à tout moment après la date d'émission et avant l'heure d'expiration, d'acquérir une action ordinaire au prix de 0,70 $, sous réserve d'un ajustement, au plus tard à 16h59. (Heure de Toronto) à la date d'expiration, le 8 novembre 2021. Les mandats sont assujettis à une expiration accélérée si certaines conditions sont remplies. La Société a le droit de reporter la date d'expiration à une date qui ne soit pas inférieure à 21 jours après la date à laquelle un avis d'accélération est fourni aux porteurs de bons de souscription.
