Urbana Corporation has declared a dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share (the “2023 Dividend”), on the issued and outstanding Common and non-voting Class A shares of Urbana.The dividend is payable on the 31 of January, 2023 to the Shareholders of record at the close of business on the 17 of January, 2023.

Urbana Corporation ("Urbana" or the “Corporation”) has declared a dividend of ten cents ($0.10) per share (the “2022 Dividend”), on the issued and outstanding Common and non-voting Class A shares of Urbana. The dividend is payable on the 31 of January, 2022 to the Shareholders of record at the close of business on the 17 of January, 2022.

The ex-dividend date is the 14 of January, 2022.

The Company hereby notifies its shareholders that it will designate the full amount of such dividend as an “eligible dividend” for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

Urbana will begin trading ex-dividend on January 14, 2021.
