Investor Note: In addition to the 30,609,395 Common Shares (being the Subordinate Voting Shares) that are listed and trading, there are 18,096,126 Proportionate Voting Shares reserved for issuance pursuant to the conversion rights attached to the other classes of equity shares that are issued and outstanding but not listed, and that are currently locked up for a three-year period.  The total number of issued shares assuming all are converted into the listed class would be 48,705,521.
