Investor Note: In addition to the 187,172,142 Subordinate Voting Shares that are listed and trading, there are 192,521,945 Subordinate Voting Shares reserved for issuance pursuant to (i) 3,690,393 Subordinate Voting Shares issuable on conversion of the Subordinate Non-Voting Shares of the Issuer, (ii) 10,423,390 Subordinate Voting Shares issuable on conversion of the Proportionate Voting Shares of the Issuer, (iii) 167,028,139 Subordinate Voting Shares issuable on exercise of 167,028,139 warrants of the Issuer, (iv) 5,562,673 Subordinate Voting Shares issuable on exercise of 5,562,673 options of the Issuer, and (v) 5,817,350 Subordinate Voting Shares issuable on exercise of 5,817,350 restricted share units of the Issuer.
