The Company has announced the shares will continue to trade on TSX Venture Exchange.

Rubicon Organics Inc., (the “Company”) share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") have been approved for listing.

Each Warrant shall entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the company upon payment of an exercise price of $3.50, subject to the terms of the warrant indenture governing the warrants (the “Warrant Indenture”)
