International Cobalt Corp. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every twelve (12) pre-consolidation common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 16,146,147 common shares.

The name and symbol will not change.

Brakpan Ventures Corp. has announced a split of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of two (2) additional common shares for every one (1) existing common share (effectively a 3 for 1 split) to shareholders as at the close of business on the record date of March 17, 2017. 

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be increased to approximately 97,505,739.
