Kal Minerals Corp. has announced and name and symbol change to Tarachi Gold Corp. (TRG) and a two (2) for one (1) stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares. Each shareholder of record as of the close of business on the record date will receive one (1) additional shares for each share held on such date.
The shares will begin trading on a split basis (ex-distribution) on April 8, 2020.
Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 18,966,000 shares issued and outstanding.
