PetroQuest, a wholly owned subsidiary of FCI, is a junior oil and gas exploration, development and well services tool company. PetroQuest has acquired the rights to a new patent pending oil production tubing and pump failure testing TOOL. Use of this new Tool will save significant service costs and substantial production downtime on producing oil wells. As all oil production wells require this type of servicing many times in their lifetime the potential North American market is extremely large.
