Live Energy Minerals Corp. is a Canadian-based exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of North American mining projects. The Issuer seeks to identify large-scale source areas of economic mineralization to create value for its shareholders. The Issuer, through its wholly owned subsidiary Lithium Valley Holdings LLC, holds an interest in the McDermitt Lithium East Project located in Nevada, USA, and has entered into an amended option agreement with US Critical Metals Corp. and its subsidiary under which the counterparty has acquired an initial 50% interest and holds an option to acquire the remaining 50%, subject to further payments, with the Issuer retaining a net smelter returns royalty upon completion.
