The principal business of the Company is the exploration and development of mineral properties.Tosca has undertaken steps to acquire and develop qualified mineral properties in Canada, the United States and in Mexico. The Company’s current 43-101 qualified property is known as the Carol property and is located in Sonora, Mexico.
