On September 12, 2006 Aspire Capital Inc. announced a stock dividend in its wholly owned subsidiary SouthernStar Oil Corporation. The stock dividend is payable to shareholders of Aspire as of the record date September 29, 2006 in the ratio of one common share of SouthernStar for every ten common shares of Aspire.
