The common shares of Range Metals Inc. have been approved for listing on CNQ. There are approximately 21.9 million common shares outstanding with a public float of 2.7 million shares. Pursuant to CNQ Policy, Range Metals Inc has been designated a Thin Float Issuer. Range Metals is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties, and has entered into an option agreement to earn an undivided 55% interest in the Broker's Fee Prospect located in the Arnold Township, Kirkland Lake Area of Ontario.
