The Class A and B purchase warrants issued in conjunction with a Private Placement of Aspire Capital were listed on September 19, 2006. The Company has been granted an exemption to extend the term of each class of warrants. 
The Class A warrants have an exercise price of $0.15 and were to expire on November 18, 2006. Pursuant to the exemption, the Class A Warrants will expire on February 19,2007. 
The Class B warrants have an exercise price of $0.25 and were to expire on May 18, 2007. Pursuant to the exemption, the Class B Warrants will expire on August 20, 2007. 
There are 12,000,000 warrants in each class and each warrant is exercisable into one common share. Both classes of warrants contain standard anti-dilution provisions.
