The common shares of PetroWorth Resources Inc. have been approved for listing on CNQ. There are approximately 21.9 million common shares outstanding with a public float of 20.5 million shares. PetroWorth is a junior oil and gas exploration company with extensive properties onshore in Eastern Canada. PetroWorth has acquired 100% working interests in approximately 375,000 ha in four separate exploration permits on Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
