The common shares of NRG Investments Inc. have been approved for listing on CNQ. There are approximately 8.2 million common shares outstanding with a public float of 600,000 shares. Pursuant to CNQ Policy, NRG Investments Inc. has been designated a Thin Float Issuer. NRG's principal business is the continued production of natural gas from its Wainwright Property as well as acquiring interests in other oil and natural gas exploration properties in North America.
