The common shares of Nexia Biotechnologies Ltd. have been approved for listing on CNQ. There are approximately 24 million common shares outstanding with a public float of 15.2 million shares. Nexia's principal business is the development and manufacturing of recombinant proteins in the form of biomaterials with industrial and medical applications. The operating assets of the Corporation were acquired from Nexia Biotechnologies Inc. pursuant to a Plan of Arrangement which closed effective October 23, 2006.
