The common shares of Cadillac Ventures Inc. have been approved for listing on CNQ. There are approximately 20 million shares outstanding with a public float of 6.5 million shares.
Cadillac is a junior mineral exploration and development company whose qualifying prospective gold property is the "New Alger Property" located east of the Bousquet-Cadillac Township in the province of Quebec. Cadillac has also acquired the joint venture agreement on Noront's wholly owned Burnt Hill tungsten and molybdenum project in New Brunswick from a private Ontario company.
