The common shares of Scarlet Resources Ltd. have been approved for listing on CNSX. Following an Initial Public Offering of 2.67 million shares at a price of $0.15 per share, there are approximately 9.8 million shares outstanding with a public float of 2.5 million shares. Jordan Capital Markets acted as Agent on the Offering. 
Scarlet Resources is engaged primarily in the business of evaluating, acquiring and exploring natural resource properties. The Company holds an option to acquire an undivided 100% interest in the Ches Property, an exploration property situated in central British Columbia within the Omineca Mining Division. 
Scarlet Resources is designated as a "thin float issuer".
