Mavrix Fund Management Inc.("Mavrix") Repaying 8% Convertible Debentures.
The Exchange has been informed that effective March 15, 2010, Mavrix will redeem all of its 8% Convertible Unsecured Subordinated Debentures with an aggregate principal amount of $3,050,000. &nbsp;As of today, holders of the Debentures will be entitled for each $1,000 principal amount held, to receive the $1,000 principal amount together with $16.22 in accrued interest. &nbsp;As a result, MVX.DB will be delisted at the close today.
Holders of the Debentures should contact David Balsdon (416 365-4201 or <a href="mailto:dbalsdon@mavrixfunds.com">dbalsdon@mavrixfunds.com</a>) of Mavrix Fund Management Inc. for details on the redemption procedure. &nbsp;The redemption was announced via a press release dated February 11, 2010.
