Next Gen Metals Inc. has announced a consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each two (2) existing common shares. Fractional shares of 0.5 and higher will be rounded up and less that 0.5 will be cancelled.&nbsp; The&nbsp;consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 8,818,585 common shares. 
The record date for the consolidation is June&nbsp;30, 2010.&nbsp; The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis on Monday, June 28, 2010.&nbsp; &nbsp; 
Open orders for Next Gen Metals will be purged from the trading system at the close of business on Friday, June 25, 2010. &nbsp;CNSX Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.&nbsp; 
The common shares of&nbsp;Next Gen&nbsp;have been assigned a new CUSIP number, 65338Y200. The trading symbol will remain "N"
